Questions
How do I log a workout?
Open the Workout tab and either pick a routine or start an empty session. Enter weight and reps for each set and tap the check to complete it. Tap Finish when you're done — your totals, personal records and statistics update immediately.
How is muscle distribution calculated?
We count the sets you log against each muscle group over the range you select. An exercise contributes a full set to its primary muscle group. The radar chart compares the current period against the one before it.
What is RPE?
Rate of Perceived Exertion, on a scale of 1 to 10, is how hard a set felt. 10 means no reps left in reserve. Recording it lets the app distinguish an easy heavy set from a maximal one. Enable it in Settings → Workouts.
Can I customise rest timers?
Yes. Settings → Workouts → Default Rest Timer sets the global default. Individual exercises in a routine can override it, and that override is what the timer uses when you start that routine.
Can I export my training data?
Yes. Settings → Export & Import Data will prepare a complete archive of your account in JSON or CSV and email you a download link. The link expires after 24 hours.
What happens if I lose signal mid-workout?
Nothing. Sets are stored on your device and uploaded when you reconnect. Because every set carries an id generated on your phone, re-sending it can never create a duplicate.
