Your training history, body measurements and health notes are private by default. Profile and workout visibility are controlled in Settings → Privacy. Health information is only stored when you explicitly consent, and account deletion removes it permanently after a 30-day grace period.

    Upgrade from the FitBod app on your phone, under Profile → FitBod PRO. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so they are not available on the web. Anything you unlock there applies here straight away.
